Please allow up to 5 Business days (ETA) for items to be delivered.
Alternatively, items can be picked up from our store at Level 1, 312 Stephensons Road, Mount Waverley 3149
The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is counted from the next business day after you receive the Item Shipped confirmation email from our website.
For customers from Australian rural areas, please allow an extra day or two on top of normal 5 business days delivery via Auspost Post.

The Cantabile Music Shop is NOT liable for any order that doesn't reach its destination within ETA.
